Original equipment by a well recognised environmental company was unable to operate on a prolonged basis. After 15 days of continuous operation, cleaning and maintenance are required (15 days). After process and equipment optimisation, long term stable operation was achieved.

New equipment detailed breakdown

Unified liquid waste combustion system, resolved the issue of the complete combustion of waste liquids. 

Solid slag discharge and furnace smoke anti blockage system, resolved blockages of equipment caused by liquid molten salt. 

Waste heat recovery and tail gas discharge systems helps to reduce emissions.

In addition, original volume of 1.2m³/h liquid waste processing was increased to 2.5m³/h, achieving 208% increase, as well as a 300% increase in steam production, from 2t/h to 6t/h.
